Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using
UiPath
.
Manage and maintain
UiPath Orchestrator
for scheduling, monitoring, and deployment of bots.
Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into RPA workflows.
Ensure best practices in RPA design, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of RPA processes.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of deployed bots.
Document technical designs, workflows, and operational support manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of experience
as an RPA Developer.
Strong expertise in
UiPath
(Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots).
Solid understanding of
RPA frameworks, exception handling, and process optimization
.
Experience in
workflow design, debugging, and deployment
.
Knowledge of
Finance domain processes
(preferred but negotiable).
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (VB.NET, C#, or Python) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
