RPA Developer - ServiceNow

As an RPA Developer specializing in ServiceNow at EY, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and innovation through automation projects. Your experience in ServiceNow RPA development and strong technical background will be key in creating solutions that enhance operational processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow, following best practices. - Analyze business processes to create accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions. - Transform existing processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. - Enhance and maintain ServiceNow RPA solutions for optimal performance. - Conduct code reviews and documentation assessments to uphold quality and standards. - Lead other developers in the team, providing support and guidance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance. - Stay updated on ServiceNow RPA trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow RPA development. - Proficiency in workflow-based logic and automation principles. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience with UiPath (nice to have). - Certifications in ServiceNow or RPA tools. - Knowledge of programming languages like C#, .NET, or Python. - Experience with process analysis and re-engineering. - Familiarity with developing cloud applications, preferably Azure.
