Role Overview: You will be joining CirrusLabs as an RPA Developer with expertise in UI Path or Automation Anywhere. Your role will involve enhancing practitioners' business processes through automation, designing scalable solutions, and providing support for implemented automations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations and contribute to a constructive organizational culture through active knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance practitioners' business processes through automation using UI Path or Automation Anywhere - Design scalable, auditable solutions with robust integration technologies - Oversee the entire lifecycle of building, testing, and deploying automations - Provide Level 3 support for implemented automations and facilitate user acceptance testing - Maintain and monitor the Event Management tool and understand the automation infrastructure architecture - Consult with experts to tackle complex issues and develop strong relationships with consultants, practitioners, and vendors - Utilize agile methodologies to meet project objectives and drive project success - Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, present confidently, and foster a constructive organizational culture - Continuously self-educate on the latest in automation and related fields - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of multiple computing languages - Manage tight deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing environments - Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with conflict resolution abilities - Work autonomously or collaboratively with strong organizational skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and developing RPA and automation solutions, with a preference for SQL knowledge - Certification and proven expertise in using RPA tools, especially UI Path; experience with Automation Anywhere and Power Automate is a plus - Continuously self-educate on the latest in automation and related fields - Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of multiple computing languages - Experience with both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies - Capable of managing tight deadlines and adapting to rapidly changing environments - Excellent at building and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Self-motivated and driven, able to work autonomously or collaboratively with strong organizational skills Role Overview: You will be joining CirrusLabs as an RPA Developer with expertise in UI Path or Automation Anywhere.
