- Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless automation across different platforms.
- Work closely with the IT teams to address challenges with RPA, optimizing performance and minimising errors.
- Analyse requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and demonstrate efficiency gains.
- Ensure reliability of RPA solutions through thorough testing, collaborating with quality assurance teams to validate accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including but not limited to design specifications, test plans and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on implemented solutions.
- Focus on continuous improvement and best practise by staying updated on industry trends
