Role Specific Responsibilities: •

Responsible for execution and maintenance of automated processes using various technologies. • Monitor, identify, triage or escalate issues as they arise. • Troubleshoot operational issues that may include ETL packages (SSIS / Azure Data Factory), various SQL objects per requirements, and automation technology (UiPath). • Identify troubleshooting steps and partner with developers and stakeholders to research complex issues. • Articulate details about complex problems and suggest solutions. • Identify optimization opportunities on existing processes. • Understand data sets and able to work on database sources. • Write queries to return or modify data from multiple sources per requirements. • Write code that meets the team coding standards (i.e. comments, naming practices, indexing, query performance, etc.) • Document the solution to the problem to ensure developed solution solves the problem.

Required Skills: • 3+ years experience working in automation using UiPath components including Orchestrator, Studio & Robots and other RPA aligned technologies. • Experienced in managing licenses, monitor bots & provide support and assistance on RPA processes and should be capable of troubleshooting issues, if any. • Working knowledge of SQL (Basic to intermediate) and SSIS (Basic to intermediate) • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of Azure-DevOps is an added advantage.
