Job Description

1. Execute and lead the requirements gathering process to define and document the functional requirements for RPA solutions. 2. Develop and document process flows, use cases, and other artifacts to support RPA solution design. 3. Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and other documentation to support the development of RPA solutions. 4. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure RPA solutions meet business needs. 5. Act as a liaison between the IT team and the business to ensure that RPA solutions are designed and implemented in line with the business requirements. 6. Monitor and report on RPA project progress, performance, and issues. 7. Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve process efficiency using RPA solutions. 8. Research emerging RPA technologies and trends and recommend potential solution opportunities. 9. Develop and maintain comprehensive business process, data, and system models for RPA solutions. 10. Train and mentor other team members in the use of RPA technologies and processes. Requirements Bachelors degree in business, information systems, or related field Proven experience as an RPA business analyst Knowledge of RPA platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes and systems
