Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a RO/SRO (Relationship Officer/Senior Relationship Officer) located in New Delhi. The RO/SRO will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, selling life insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, organizing sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Customer Service and Client Management skills
• Market Research and Analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Understanding of life insurance products and financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus.
