ROR Developer

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic development team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Ruby on Rails applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Build and integrate front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Perform code reviews and assist with debugging and troubleshooting.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, including migrations and schema changes.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and development trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of Ruby, Rails, and MVC architecture.
• Proficient with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and JSON.
• Experience with background job processing (e.g., Sidekiq).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec or Minitest.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,864.78 - ₹55,281.85 per month
