About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Developer with around 2 years of experience, who also has working knowledge of Python, React.js, and Node.js. The role involves building, maintaining, and enhancing scalable web applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Work with Python, React.js, and Node.js on related modules and integrations.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and backend teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Exposure to Python, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
