Room Service Operator

As a knowledgeable Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for the proper presentation of the menu items, wine selection for up-selling, and learning all menu items produced by assigned stations. You will also be required to have a good understanding of menu items, ingredients, service employee functions, house and hotel rules, and alcohol awareness training. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing designated recipes/menu items as assigned. - Planning and conducting monthly meetings for outlets to ensure staff is well-communicated with, trained, and motivated. - Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and accurately with enthusiasm. - Answering phones and greeting others professionally. - Taking guests" food, beverage, and amenity orders clearly and pleasantly, while utilizing suggestive selling techniques. - Providing courteous responses to all guest questions. - Inputting all Room Service orders into the Point of Sale system.
