Job Description – Robotics Trainer (IoT / Embedded Systems / Drone Technology)

Location: Ducat India – Noida, Delhi

Working Days: 6 Days

Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Robotics Trainer to train college students and corporate professionals on Robotics, IoT, Embedded Systems and Drone Technologies. The ideal candidate should have both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in robotics hardware, AI integration and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver classroom and lab sessions on Robotics, AI, IoT, Drones and Embedded Systems.

· Conduct hands-on practical workshops including hardware assembly, programming and testing of robotics and drone systems.

· Teach students key concepts such as microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi), sensors, actuators, AI integration and automation control.

· Guide students through capstone projects such as AI-powered robotic arms, IoT-based systems and autonomous drones.

· Support curriculum design and content development for robotics and IoT programs.

· Conduct corporate training programs and workshops for professionals.

· Evaluate student performance, mentor project teams and ensure strong conceptual understanding.

· Keep up to date with the latest trends in AI, ML, Embedded Systems and Robotics platforms like ROS, OpenCV and TensorFlow.

Required Skills & Knowledge

· Strong command over Arduino, Raspberry Pi and ESP32 hardware platforms.

· Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, motor drivers, IMU, LIDAR and other robotics components.

· Knowledge of C, C++ and Python and frameworks such as OpenCV, ROS, TensorFlow and PyTorch.

· Experience in Drone assembly, control systems and flight programming is a plus.

· Understanding of AI concepts, computer vision, machine learning and autonomous systems.

· Ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple, practical and engaging manner.

Qualifications

· B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science or related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of teaching/training or industry experience in Robotics / IoT / Embedded Systems.

· Prior experience in academic training or corporate workshops preferred.
