Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotics Trainer located in Malda. The Robotics Trainer will conduct training sessions on robotics, guide learners in hands-on activities, and facilitate project-based learning. Responsibilities include delivering course content, supervising students, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with robotics-related preventive maintenance. The trainer will collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure engaging and effective training sessions. Qualifications Proficiency in Robotics and hands-on experience working with robots Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of robotic systems Experience in Robotic Welding and applying technology to solve practical problems Strong ability to teach and explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred Prior experience in training or teaching robotics is an advantage
