Robotics/STEM/AI Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver hands-on

  Robotics and STEM lessons

  using kits such as LEGO, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
• Integrate

  21st-century skills

  (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) into classroom activities.
• Teach fundamentals of

  coding and programming

  using tools such as Scratch, Python, Blockly, etc.
• Guide students in

  design thinking and project-based learning

  aligned with CBSE curriculum and ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) initiatives.
• Encourage participation in

  STEM competitions

  , exhibitions, and science fairs at intra/inter-school, district, and national levels.
• Develop and maintain

  lab equipment and inventory

  ; ensure safety protocols in the lab.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate STEM concepts across subjects.
• Keep up-to-date with new developments in robotics, coding, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain student records, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a classroom environment that is inclusive, engaging, and conducive to learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields), B.Sc. in STEM-related disciplines, or equivalent. B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Robotics/STEM preferred. Experience in handling ATL Labs or similar STEM labs.
• Certification in robotics, coding, or STEM education is a plus. Proficiency in coding languages/tools (e.g., Python, Scratch, Arduino IDE).
