Job Description

Assistant Manager Robotics Simulation & Automation

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate robotic automation concepts using

    Fanuc Roboguide

    .
  • Design EOATs using

    Creo / SolidWorks

    for handling and manipulation.
  • Create

    Offline Programs (OLP)

    and validate robotic paths and cycle times.
  • Lead automation projects for global locations ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with

    Production, Quality, and Controls teams

    for smooth deployment.
  • Conduct

    cycle time studies

    , process improvements, and technical reporting.
  • Support integration with

    PLC systems

    and surface finishing automation.
  • Prepare automation dashboards and performance reports using

    Excel / Power BI

    .

Required Experience:

  • 8–12 years

    in robotics simulation, OLP, and automation engineering.
  • Proficiency in

    Fanuc Roboguide

    (mandatory).
  • Expertise in

    robotic programming, simulation, and validation

    .
  • Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to

    Fanuc / KUKA robots

    .
  • Knowledge of

    PLC integration, industrial automation

    , and

    surface finishing

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Kitchen & Bath manufacturing processes

    .
