Role Overview

Robotics Lab Trainer


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions on Robotics, IoT, AI, and 3D Printing.
  • Guide students in building and programming robotics projects.
  • Maintain and manage lab equipment, tools, and kits.
  • Create lesson plans, project ideas, and activity-based learning modules.
  • Encourage innovation, teamwork, and design thinking among students.
  • Support in organizing exhibitions, competitions, and tech fests.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering (ECE, CSE, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics) or relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of 

    Arduino, ESP32, sensors, motors, and basic electronics

    .
  • Experience with 

    programming (C/C++, Python preferred)

    .
  • Good communication and presentation skills (must be comfortable teaching school students).
  • Prior experience in training/teaching is a plus.
