Robotics Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a Robotics Engineer focusing on ROS2 development, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced robotic systems and applications. Your role will involve developing behavioral and control systems, planning, and navigation for autonomous robots. Deep understanding of robotic software architecture, proficiency in ROS2, and expertise in URDF will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust and scalable robotic applications using ROS2. - Hands-on development of ROS2 nodes, Services/Clients, Publishers/Subscriber. - Lead path/motion planning algorithms including route planning, trajectory optimization, decision making, and open space planning. - Integrate sensors, actuators, and hardware components with robotic systems ensuring seamless communication. - Create and maintain accurate URDF models for robotic systems. - Implement and optimize algorithms for perception, localization, mapping, navigation, and control. - Utilize simulation tools like Gazebo, Rviz2, and Unity for testing robotic systems. - Create comprehensive documentation for system architecture, design decisions, algorithms, and user guides. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, ROS2, and URDF, contributing to development processes and tools improvement.
