Job Description: - Improve existing robot welding equipment, develop new or modify current welding methods, procedures, to eliminate current welding defect phenomena. Contributing and implement automation projects in robot welding stations. Develop the control measures of machine process parameters and make the machine fool proof. Evaluates new developments in welding field for possible application to current welding problems or production processes. Effective utilization of manpower to achieve targeted output and effective training the workforce of electrical related stoppage diagnosis. Contribution in cost control projects on consumable reduction/ optimization. Ensuring safe workplace and practices.
