Experience:
• 3 -5 years of experience in BIW Robotic simulation.• Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process.• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.• Experience on layout optimization.• Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, material handling.• Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage.• Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.• Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics.• Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.• Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity.• Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.• Software Skills: Dassault Delmia V5, Siemens Process simulate
