Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and supervise day-to-day construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with supervisors, labor, and subcontractors to ensure smooth work execution.
Verify layout, levels, alignment, and quality of ongoing work including earthwork, concreting, bituminous, and structural activities.
Maintain daily work progress records and submit site reports to the site incharge or HO.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed at the site.
Monitor manpower, material, and machinery utilization and report shortages or delays.
Support quantity measurements and verification for subcontractor billing.
Assist in resolving technical issues and communicating site constraints to the planning or billing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years in site execution (preferably road and bridge projects).
Technical Skills: Understanding of drawings, levels, construction methodology.
Tools: AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, field measuring tools.
Traits: Site coordination, problem-solving, timely reporting, team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
