Job Title: RO Plant Operator Company: Lavanya Healthcare Limited Location: Khewat No. 359/310, Behra Road, Derabassi, Punjab Experience Required: 1-2 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry) Qualification: 12 Pass Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Employment Type: Full-Time Age limit: Not more than 35 years Role Description: Lavanya Healthcare Limited is seeking a skilled and responsible RO Plant Operator to manage and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant operations. The candidate will ensure the continuous supply of purified water for pharmaceutical manufacturing, maintain equipment performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain the RO Water Treatment Plant including pre-treatment, filtration, and RO units. Conduct routine inspections and log daily operational data such as flow rates, pressures, pH, and conductivity. Perform regular backwashing, chemical dosing, filter replacements, and membrane cleaning as required. Ensure continuous availability of purified water within pharmacopeial and GMP standards. Monitor raw water quality and coordinate corrective actions for deviations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the RO plant area as per SOPs. Report any abnormalities, leakages, or equipment failures to the maintenance team or plant in-charge. Ensure documentation of operational parameters, maintenance activities, and water quality reports. Assist in calibration and servicing of instruments attached to the RO system. Comply with safety procedures and use of PPE while handling chemicals or operating equipment. Key Requirements: Basic technical understanding of RO systems, pumps, valves, and filters. Knowledge of water treatment principles and quality control standards. Familiarity with pharmaceutical water system requirements (preferred). Ability to read and maintain logbooks and technical records accurately. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
