Job Description

Role Overview: As a healthcare professional, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure the well-being of patients and the smooth functioning of the healthcare facility. You will be responsible for performing assessments and re-assessments of patients, communicating any changes in the health condition of patients to consultants, following instructions provided by consultants, maintaining accurate medical records by making entries, participating in healthcare-related safety and infection control programs, preparing discharge summaries for patients, providing counseling to patients and their relatives when necessary, implementing NABH policies and procedures, participating in mock drills and implementing hospital policies and procedures, handling and examining OPD-based patients, directing them to the appropriate consultant, coordinating with Hospital Consultants for further treatments as required, and collaborating with the billing department for IPD and OPD patients.
