To lead, direct, coordinate & supervise the delivery of clinical services 2. Develop/ Improve department specific policies, protocols & processes in consultation with GM Operations/ Medical Superintendent and Department Heads for efficient working of the departments. 3. Ensure availability of resources (equipment, drugs, medicines, implants, infrastructure & manpower etc) in coordination with respective department HODs. 6. Ensure regular communication between the treating doctor and patient/ patients attendant regarding patient's condition & plan of treatment. 9. Ensure Zero % infection in OTs, ICUs and Day Care in coordination with nursing and technicians. 12. Coordinate with nursing department for smooth transfer of patients to floor and inform front office manager. 13. Ensure completion of file before patient is transferred to wards. 14. Ensure timely delivery of sterile equipments & other material from CSSD to various clinical departments. 15. Maintain and Improve management of corporate clinic by ensuring availability of nurses & consultants as per the schedule and any administrative requirements. 16. Responsible for the continuous assessment and improvement of the quality of care and services provided in the area of responsibility. 17. Maximize customer satisfaction (internal as well as external) by developing cordial work environment with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services. 18. Assist GM Operations/ Medical Superintendent in developing operating & capital budget of the departments and ensure adherence to the budget. 19. Provide daily & monthly reports as per the given format to GMOperations/Medical Superintendent.
