Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Raigad Hospital and Research Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies.
Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the doctor, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Job Requirements

Completion of a BSc Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring excellence in all aspects of nursing practice.
