Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (RM) at the Jaitaran Branch of SATYA Micro Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. The RM will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing loan applications, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves customer service, business development, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of loan processing and credit assessment
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in business development and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in the finance or housing sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
