Job Description

Hiring: Senior Process Analyst (International Voice Customer Service)

About the Role

Senior Process Analyst (Service Support Lead)

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for onshore (US) branches and provide complete customer support.
Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle processes, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
Ensure all client records are compliant with US regulatory guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to complete client due diligence and renewal activities efficiently.
Handle escalations, queries, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Identify risks, issues, and work toward timely resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication (spoken & written English).
Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented.
Logical decision-making and strong organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (any discipline).
Minimum 4 years of international voice / customer service experience
(Health Insurance domain preferred).
Insurance certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Work Mode & Shift

Work Location:
Gurgaon (WFH for 3 months, then Hybrid).
Shift:
Flexible to work in night shifts (US shift timings).
