Risk Reporting / Risk Governance Manager

As a Risk Reporting / Risk Governance Manager at Apex Group, you will play a crucial role in identifying, understanding, and monitoring risks within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience of working within a Risk management role - Identifying and understanding risks, as well as developing, monitoring, and enhancing Key Risk Indicators - Development and production of regular risk reporting for various committees as well as adhoc senior management MI - Development and production of ad hoc reporting driven by internal activities or bespoke projects - Maintaining, reviewing, and cleaning large, raw datasets - Visualizing the data with analysis and commentary to inform senior management decision making - Supporting and engaging with relevant stakeholders to deliver risk reports and identify risk data - Overseeing and reporting on risk incident systems - Driving timely, concise, and responsive risk content to the business - Providing an analytical approach to risk data to identify emerging issues/threats - Suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing processes - Regularly assessing whether data and insights being reported remain fit for purpose - Being a proactive role model of the Apex behaviours and values - Self-starter on new initiatives and pro-actively learning and educating yourself and your team members Your skills should include: - Well-developed communication and influencing skills - Ability to engage and build relationships at all levels - Analytical skills to draw conclusions aiding senior management decision-making - Presentation skills to engage and lead calls, training sessions, etc. - Proficiency in PowerBI visualization, Office365, SharePoint site management, Power automate, and Artificial Intelligence - Proven track record of reporting experience within a global organization - Meticulous planning, organizing, and time management skills - Logical and methodical approach to achieving tasks and objectives - Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data Please note that unsolicited CVs sent to Apex by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
