Risk QA Graduate Analyst

Role Overview: You will be participating in the day-to-day operations of the Quantitative Analytics (QA) group by providing analytical insights and expertise to help business leaders and stakeholders make informed decisions. Your role will involve supporting existing trading strategies, developing new products, strategies, and services, as well as identifying new market opportunities. You will build an understanding of various models, products, and technologies associated with the full scope of businesses QA services sector. Key Responsibilities: - Apply the latest quantitative techniques to solve business problems, including researching, developing, and implementing new models and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and progress with senior management. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, conduct research to support strategic decision-making, prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings, and implement research findings. - Design, develop, and support the quantitative research framework using C++, Python, and other in-house domain-specific languages. - Enhance analytical skills, programming knowledge, and understanding of mathematical concepts through training. - Contribute to the technical design and development of the global team's quantitative research systems, research notebooks, and products. - Train and mentor junior colleagues, facilitate individual or group training sessions, and develop and maintain training materials.
