Risk QA Graduate Analyst

Role Overview: As a BA4 QA Risk Analyst at our company, your main responsibility will be to support the day-to-day operations of the risk division. You will be tasked with monitoring the bank's risk profile, identifying and managing risks, and providing insights and expertise to aid senior colleagues in making informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Execute small research projects to assist in risk identification and strategic decision making. - Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings to senior management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Identify and manage risks, including reviewing and challenging business propositions. - Manage business and client relationships with decreasing supervision. - Support risk management and decision making by utilizing financial models and strategies. Qualifications Required: - In-depth technical knowledge and experience in your assigned area of expertise. - Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within your area of expertise. - Ability to lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources. - Demonstrated impact on the work of related teams within your area. - Partner with other functions and business areas to achieve objectives. - Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to. - Demonstrate understanding of how your sub-function integrates with function, alongside knowledge of the organization's products, services, and processes within the function.
