Risk Manager-Quantitative Trading

Job Description

We are looking for a Risk Manager – Quantitative Trading with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. This position is ideal for candidates who have hands-on exposure to trading environments and a solid understanding of market risk, particularly in proprietary or quantitative trading setups. The role will focus on daily trading operations, coordination with brokers, and ensuring smooth trade execution while keeping risk exposure in check.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Monitoring and managing order execution accuracy.
• Coordinating with brokers and resolving trade-related issues in real time.
• Checking and verifying trade confirmations and reports.
• Monitoring live market data and alerting relevant stakeholders on any risk breaches.
• Working closely with traders and operations teams to maintain compliance with risk parameters.
• Maintaining a risk checklist and ensuring all processes are followed consistently.
• Using trading software (any one or more): ODIN, XTS, NEST Trader, or any other trading terminal.
• Supporting risk reporting and documentation requirements
• Key Qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of experience in risk management within quantitative or proprietary trading environments.
• Strong understanding of order management and execution processes.
• Hands-on experience with trading software like ODIN, XTS, or NEST Trader (any one is mandatory).
• Must have NISM Series-VIII certification.
• Good understanding of financial markets, risk protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced trading environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
