Risk Consulting - Senior - Governance Risk & Compliance

As a Senior Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in the Enterprise Risk Team, focusing on Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) engagements across various industries in the MENA region. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing comprehensive GRC assessments and audits - Providing expert advice on corporate governance structures and practices - Developing and implementing risk management strategies aligned with client objectives - Advising on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements - Ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines in engagements - Identifying and recommending process improvements for governance and compliance - Leading business development initiatives - Maintaining an in-depth understanding of industry risks, issues, and trends - Managing multiple assignments and project teams - Mentoring and coaching junior team members - Managing engagement budgets effectively - Supporting superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals, and new solution/methodology development To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional command of spoken and written English, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure while delivering results within tight deadlines. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification, a minimum of 3 years" experience in GRC roles, and a valid passport for travel.
