Risk Consulting - Actuarial CAT Modelling- Senior

Role Overview: At EY, you will have the opportunity to join as a Senior Consultant in the General Insurance Actuarial Practice, working with leading clients in the Insurance Sector. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals within EY's global network to deliver solutions in CAT modeling, actuarial model building, reserving, due diligence, valuation analysis, and other related actuarial projects for General and Health insurance businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality results and effective solutions while collaborating with Senior Consultants, Managers, or Senior Managers. - Offer focused solutions and training to staff members. - Ensure timely delivery of all engagements. - Uphold EY's values and commitment to quality in all work. - Manage priorities, communicate activity status, and report chargeable hours effectively. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of CAT modeling experience with in-depth knowledge of model methodologies. - Understanding of the insurance industry and product lines. - Technical expertise in working with RMS or other catastrophe models. - Strong data management skills for complex data manipulation and interpretation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts clearly. - Ability to multitask, with a flexible work attitude and good analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, VBA, SAS, R Programming, Python, SQL, SPSS, etc. - Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance, supplemented with a professional qualification. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and stakeholder presentations. - Overseas exposure in US/UK/Australia markets is desirable.
