Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time Risk Compliance role, based on-site in New Delhi. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, conducting compliance assessments, and maintaining detailed records for audits. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to policies and build a robust compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Compliance Management and ensuring adherence to Regulatory Compliance requirements
• Strong skills in Legal Compliance, with an in-depth understanding of applicable laws and regulations
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for identifying risks and proposing solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively conveying compliance directives across teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Prior experience in risk compliance or related disciplines is preferred
• Familiarity with compliance tools and software is a plus
