Risk Associate- Finance and Business Management

As a Business Manager, your primary focus will be to optimize business performances by driving key initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and will vary depending on the priorities of the different lines of business. Your key responsibilities will include providing a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis. You will be tasked with organizing complex information strategically and compellingly, showcasing strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Additionally, you will create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards. Effective communication with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps will be essential. You will project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks, identify key business risks on the platform, and drive the resolution of mitigating controls. Furthermore, you will support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables, aiding in driving specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework. Your role will also involve coordinating team activities, preparing materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions. You will be responsible for collecting and maintaining internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint. Additionally, you will participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, continuously seeking ways to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with previous experience in Business Management or COO roles. Proven experience in delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for various projects and stakeholders is crucial, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and design excellence. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate thoughtful rationale in design decisions. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) is expected. A self-motivated individual with a high degree of independence, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong time management and prioritization skills will thrive in this role.,
