Job Description

Play a key role in supporting the organization`s digital security and compliance initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
Act as the first line of defense by implementing the information security strategy.
Ensure alignment of security strategy with digital solutions.
Enforce compliance while mitigating digital risks.
Conduct risk assessments and security reviews.
Assist in the development of processes to enhance security and compliance.
Facilitate training programs to promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify security risks.
Implement security measures to protect information and technology infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to compliance requirements to safeguard organizational assets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4 to 7 years experience with Risk and Compliance Management.
Experience with Technology Risk assessment
Well versed with common industry standards for Risk and Compliance Management such as ISO 27001, NIST Risk Management Framework, NIST Cyber Security Framework
Certification in CISSP, CISM, CRISC preferred.
