Skill required: Audit - Risk Management Designation: Risk and Compliance Analyst Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years What would you do? The Time & Expense Creative Agency Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Agency Integration T&E solution which spans two systems:WorkBook and myTE. This role will serve as the main point of contact for end-user support with the goal of ensuring all Creative Agency people have timely and successful T&E submissions every two weeks. The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user Time and Expense support by responding to questions about general functionality and specific errors Send email reminder to users about timesheet deadlines Monitor submission statuses and errors for each submission and proactively seek out users with issues -investigate, and provide support to avoid future mistakes Work with users to submit timesheets once issues are resolved Investigate discrepancies between WorkBook and myTE by reconciling both systems each period Assist users in performing timesheet adjustments when needed Draft communications, job aids and general information to employees about timesheets and expenses Process improvemement What are we looking for? myTE and Deltec WorkBook systems experience desired but not required Microsoft Office skills essential, especially Excel Excellent interpersonal and time management skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - English.
