Risk Analyst I

**Role Overview:** At Worley, as a Risk Analyst I, you will collaborate with the existing team to deliver projects for clients while enhancing your skills and experience. You will be responsible for facilitating risk workshops, providing guidance on human performance and risk-based assurance, investigating events, and generating reports to support leaders in governance and decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate virtual and face-to-face risk workshops with projects and operations to identify, assess, and develop plans for key risks and opportunities. - Provide guidance and support to operations on the application of human performance and risk-based assurance activities. - Assist in investigating events and conducting risk and lessons learned workshops. - Act as a trusted business partner to the operations assurance group, delivering tasks independently with minimal supervision. - Build positive working relationships with the broader assurance work family to enhance collective capabilities and knowledge assets. - Generate reports that aid leaders in meeting governance obligations, informing business decisions, and enhancing performance objectives with a focus on enterprise risk. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess a matrix of Roles, Responsibilities, Authority, and Accountability in Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality (689050-40216-AS-FRM-00005). - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any engineering stream. - Have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field. **Note:** Worley is a global professional services company focused on energy, chemicals, and resources.
