Risk Advisory Finance Advisory Manager

As a finance advisory professional at KPMG in India, you will be part of a leading professional services firm affiliated with KPMG International Limited. Key Responsibilities: - End to end project management, including guiding the team on technical accounting and financial reporting matters, managing client relationships, monitoring project progress, and overseeing relevant operational and financial aspects. - Applying technical knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP, and/or IFRS on engagements, including GAAP conversion and addressing technical accounting queries. - Providing financial reporting support services to clients, both in terms of technical expertise and process-related assistance. - Assisting clients with meeting financial reporting requirements for securities listing. - Demonstrating deep technical expertise, continuously updating professional knowledge, and staying informed about new developments in advisory services and industry trends. - Utilizing strong business acumen to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Qualifications Required: - Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP, and/or IFRS. - Practical understanding of finance function and financial reporting processes. - Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI, and related regulatory requirements. - Strong domain knowledge and accounting foundation skills. - Experience in financial reporting and accounting implications for M&A and group restructuring. - Experience in financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be advantageous.,
