Entity Information EQRS works with the UK s public and private sector schemes and the Life and Pensions sector to manage complex administration and payments. The division covers pensions, payroll, rewards and benefits, and payments. Role Summary The Risk Administrator will support risk management within EQRS. The key purpose of the role is to support on delivering business ownership for the identification, mitigation, monitoring and control of operational risk. The role encompasses risk and controls, consistency of process and making sure key risk indicators are well-defined and incidents are well managed. Key Responsibilities Support Risk and Control Team in oversight activities Support annual AAF assessment for EQRS Build strong relationships and work closely with stakeholders throughout EQRS. Liaise with Control Assurance Specialist to support in the implementation of Control Assurance findings. Collating information for Risk Control MI reporting Supporting EO management by chasing outstanding actions. Keep Audit tracker updated ready for reporting. Knowledge of physical security controls Skills Experience in financial services Knowledge of industry regulations Strong influencing skills and an ability to operate effectively within a risk matrix management framework. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and organisational skills Efficiency in managing priorities and adapting quickly to change A positive can do attitude identifying solutions to problems and issues Ability to work calmly under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and corporate systems.
