Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of parametric and computational design strategies.
  
• Develop complex models in

  Rhino and Grasshopper

  for faades, structures, and intricate design systems.
• Integrate computational workflows with

  Revit

  ,

  BIM standards

  , and other digital design platforms.
• Implement

  Rhino.Inside.Revit

  solutions to streamline multi-disciplinary collaboration.
• Develop

  custom scripts, plug-ins, and automated workflows

  to improve design efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and guide junior computational designers, establishing standards, templates, and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure innovative and buildable design solutions.
  
• Maintain alignment of computational outputs with project timelines, goals, and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  

• 5+ years of experience

  in computational or parametric design in the

  AEC industry

  .

• Expert proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper

  (mandatory).
• Strong experience in

  Revit, BIM workflows

  , and

  Rhino.Inside.Revit integration

  .
• Knowledge of

  Dynamo, Python, C#, or other scripting languages

  for automation.
• Understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP systems for computational applications.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating custom

  RhinoCommon, Grasshopper SDK, or Revit API plug-ins

  .
• Knowledge of design optimization, sustainability analysis, or fabrication workflows using computational methods.
