Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design future-state Red Hat Directory Server architecture including replication, HA, security, and performance sizing.
Develop detailed Solution Design Documents and deployment architectures.
Deploy and configure RHDS instances across primary, secondary, and test environments.
Implement replication strategies (Master–Master), TLS/SSL security, access controls, logging, monitoring, and backup.
Support integration with enterprise identity services and enable centralized authentication.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years’ experience in Red Hat Linux, Identity Management (LDAP), and container platform architecture.
In-depth hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Directory Server, OpenShift, and related Red Hat technologies.
Strong background in LDAP replication, SSL/TLS, ACIs, HA/Disaster Recovery, monitoring, and backup/recovery.
Experience with GitOps, automation (Ansible), DevSecOps, and multi-cluster OpenShift environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and consulting skills.
Preferred certifications: RHCA / RHCE / EX358 / EX280 or equivalent.
