RF Planning and Optimization

Candidate must have the knowledge of small cell planning for Indoor customers

Candidate must have the knowledge on DAS based cell planning

Candidate must have hands-on experience on using tools like RANPLAN, ATOLL, iBWAVE or

similar tools

Candidate must be able to design or upload the indoor design plan within RF Planning tool and

provide the draft HLD and site survey report

Candidate must be able to verify the Site Survey report and create the high-level design with

BoM

Candidate must Collaborate with site acquisition, civil, and installation teams for successful

project implementation.

Candidate must Validate and update indoor models with walk-test and drive-test data (using

tools like TEMS, NEMO).

Candidate must recommend antenna placements, cable routing, and power budget

estimations.

Candidate must understand LTE, 5G NR, and multi-band RF propagation in indoor

environments.

Experience with DAS architecture, Small Cell, and Indoor Pico cell deployments.

Experience working with operators or vendors like Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, or CommScope.

Understanding of enterprise Wi-Fi integration with cellular indoor coverage.
