RF Hardware Engineer

You will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementation of RF hardware for our innovative products that meet the rigorous demands of modern technology systems.

• Design and develop RF hardware, including circuits, PCBs, transmitters, receivers, power amplifiers, and LNAs
  
• Design and develop phased array antennas
  
• Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize RF system performance
  
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate RF hardware into broader systems
  
• Perform tests and troubleshoot RF hardware to ensure functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Stay up\-to\-date with the latest trends and advancements in RF technology.

Must haves

• 15+ years of proven experience in RF hardware design and development
  
• Strong understanding of RF theory, principles, and techniques
  
• Proficiency in RF design software, such as ADS, HFSS, or CST
  
• Experience with RF test equipment, including network analyzers and spectrum analyzers
  
• Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Bonus points for

• Experience in designing and developing radar systems
  
• Knowledge of radar architectures, including pulsed, continuous wave (CW), and frequency\-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radars
  
• Understanding of antenna design principles for radar applications
  
• Familiarity with radar performance metrics, such as range resolution, Doppler resolution, and sensitivity
