Overview

RF Firmware Engineer

Key

• Design, develop, and maintain firmware for RF systems and components.
• Implement and optimize firmware using RTOS to ensure real-time performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate firmware with RF hardware and overall system architecture.
• Perform debugging, testing, and validation of firmware to ensure functionality and performance meet design specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for firmware testing and validation.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of RF firmware to enhance system efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF and RTOS technologies and integrate relevant improvements into products
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of firmware design, implementation, and testing processes

Skills

• Expert Programming Skills in C, C++ language.
• Experience with wireless communication systems and protocols.
• Must have excellent debugging skills.
• Good knowledge of RF engineering and RTOS
• Good knowledge of IEEE, IETF, Wireless M-Bus standards
• Experience in RF mesh Wi-SUN, 6TiSCH, Thread, 6LoWPAN etc. communication protocols
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in embedded systems

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/MTech in ECE

Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience

2. RF TEST ENGINEER

Overview

RF Test Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• RF parameter testing

• ipv4/ipv6 protocol testing

• RF mesh network testing

• Protocol testing as per IEEE standard

• RF devices installation for test bed and their analysis

• GPRS technology(2G/3G/4G)

  communication testing

• Cyber Security testing

  for communication devices

• Energy meter

  protocol testing
• Travel to customer locations or vendors for trainings, issue solving or presentations
• Developing Validation Test Cases
• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of basic Electronics and RF Engineering

• Experience in communication protocols and IEEE standards

• Good communication and writing skills

• RF Hardware testing knowledge

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EE/CS/IT

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience

For both roles:

Work Details

1. Location:

   Jaipur, Rajasthan

2. Work Mode:

   On-site (Work from Office)

3. Working Days:

   2nd & 3rd Saturdays off

4. Timings:

   9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible options available)

5. Leave Policy:

   10 Casual Leaves, 20 Privilege Leaves & 8 Statutory Holidays

6. Insurance:

   5 Lakh coverage (self, spouse & two children) at zero cost; parents can be added at additional premium
