Job Title:

Job Summary

Rework Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform
online rework and repair
of defective modules in the backend process.
Identify and repair
EL (Electroluminescence) defects
and
visual defects
.
Ensure reworked modules meet required quality standards before packing.
Maintain records of rework done and generate daily reports.
Coordinate with the QA and production teams for defect identification and corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement in defect reduction and quality enhancement.

Required Skills & Competencies

3–5 years of experience in
solar module rework (Topcon preferred)
.
Strong knowledge of
EL testing and defect analysis
.
Hands-on experience in backend repair of modules (post-lamination).
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
