Carry out component replacement, jumper wiring, and circuit rework as per engineering change requests. Use rework tools such as soldering iron, hot air rework station, BGA rework station, microscope, and multimeter. Inspect and verify reworked boards/components to ensure compliance with IPC standards. Support in failure analysis and root cause identification of defective boards. Maintain proper documentation of rework activity, rework time, and material usage. Ensure adherence to ESD safety, workplace safety, and quality guidelines. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and R&D team for technical rework instructions. Be flexible to work extended hours or overtime whenever production/rework requirements demand. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong hands-on skills in soldering and desoldering (SMD/THT components).
