We sit at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and AI enablement —building the modern sales machine for the $100 B+ SMB segment of distribution. 🚀 Role Overview This is not a back-office role. As a Strategy & Growth Enablement Associate , you’ll work directly with U.S. executives and the Revenue Optics leadership team to analyze data, build insights, and develop board-ready deliverables that drive measurable growth. You’ll think like a consultant, act like an operator, and communicate like a trusted advisor. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Analyze client sales, pricing, and customer-coverage data to uncover whitespace and growth levers. Develop executive-ready PowerPoint decks and narratives for client workshops and board reviews. Support design of operating models for inside-sales teams (coverage, metrics, comp, CRM enablement). Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis using Excel/Power BI. Partner with AI and automation resources to enhance data-driven execution. 🧠 Qualifications 2 – 5 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, analytics, or growth enablement (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, ZS, EY Parthenon, TE Connectivity, Honeywell, etc.). Degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 business university : IIM, ISB, NMIMS, Symbiosis, Christ, Ashoka, Delhi University, SRCC, or BITS Pilani. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel ; experience with CRM or BI tools a plus. Proven ability to craft clear, structured business stories for executive audiences. Comfortable working in CST hours and engaging directly with U.S.-based clients. 🗣 English & Communication Requirements English fluency is non-negotiable. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional written and spoken English. This role requires creating client-facing decks, executive summaries, and daily collaboration with U.S. leadership.
