🚀 What You’ll Own
• Manage CEO scheduling, priorities, and cross-time-zone coordination
• Prepare meeting briefs and drive structured follow-ups
• Keep initiatives moving with discipline and accountability
• Strengthen communication flow across US, India, and LATAM teams
• Schedule client calls and prepare agendas
• Capture notes and action items with sharp accuracy
• Maintain project trackers, deliverable logs, and documentation
• Support consultants with operational tasks that accelerate delivery
• Update CRM records and maintain clean data
• Organize spreadsheets and client files
• Conduct light research on companies, markets, and competitors
• Support day-to-day execution tasks that keep operations running smoothly
🌍 Who You Are
• 2–6 years in Executive Assistance, Client Coordination, or Operations
• Strong written English and polished communication
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Able to work with CST/EST overlap
• Motivated by responsibility, trust, and the pace of a high-growth company
