Data Scientist – Growth Intelligence & AI Innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex CRM, ERP, and transactional datasets to identify whitespace, reactivation, and growth opportunities.
• Build predictive models for

  account prioritization, churn risk, and revenue forecasting

  using

  Python, SQL, and ML frameworks

  .
• Develop scalable workflows, pipelines, and repeatable analytics frameworks.
• Design

  executive-ready dashboards and visualizations

  (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) that translate analytics into business strategy.
• Partner with consulting and client-delivery teams to connect data insights to execution.
• Drive

  AI-enabled initiatives

  — including lead scoring, account matching, and growth simulations.
• Maintain strong data governance, quality, and repeatability across projects.

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in

  data science, analytics, or business intelligence

  .
• Deep proficiency in

  Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

  and

  SQL

  for advanced data manipulation.
• Proven ability to handle

  large multi-million-row datasets

  efficiently.
• Solid grasp of statistics, regression, clustering, and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with B2B, distribution, manufacturing, or pricing data is a plus.
• Strong communication skills — capable of translating analytics into actionable insights.
