Job Description

As an Operations Specialist at our company, your role will involve analyzing sales data and market share to forecast and make recommendations. You will assist in setting monthly and annual financial goals and communicate revenue cycle issues and strategies throughout the organization. It will be your responsibility to oversee regulatory and scheduling aspects of collections, credit cards, and claims management. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and managing effective sales strategies and the supporting organizational structure to maximize revenue generation and profitability. In this role, you will need to actively monitor current performance and forecast future performance through trend analysis. It is expected that you proactively develop action plans that address any gaps related to expectations and continuously conduct pricing reviews to formulate plans to improve performance. Additionally, you will be required to develop, implement, and continuously improve revenue improvement strategies that are focused on the eCommerce/digital space. Furthermore, you will play a key role in generating additional revenue through the implementation of programs for those associates that are guest-facing, such as front desk agents. Your participation and/or leadership in virtual sales and revenue meetings with internal teams and brand revenue managers will be essential. You will also be responsible for creating sales-related training programs to ensure flawless execution and a measurable return on investment. Moreover, as an Operations Specialist, you will need to develop, manage, and lead a highly effective organization that achieves results. It will be part of your responsibilities to monitor and report on competitive developments and general industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
