Job Description

As a Retention Executive, your role will involve contacting customers from the provided database to retain them and reduce churn rate. You will be responsible for implementing company retention strategies, coordinating to resolve complaints, and analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights. Your daily tasks will include having contact with customer service teams, distributors, sub-distributors, and operators to address customer issues and resolve them effectively. Upselling and cross-selling customers to drive revenue growth will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will record and report customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement customer retention campaigns and promotions. Providing regular reports on retention metrics and progress to the management will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Out Call customers from the database provided and retain customers as per company targets - Implement company retention strategies to reduce churn rate - Coordinate to resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights - Have daily contact with customer service teams/Distributors/Sub distributors/Operators team to address customer issues and resolve them - Upsell and cross-sell customers to drive revenue growth - Record and report customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement customer retention campaigns and promotions - Provide regular reports on retention metrics and progress to management Qualifications: - 12th/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Experience: - 1+ years of experience in customer retention, customer service, or sales - Experience in the broadband industry is a plus point Other Details: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of customer retention strategies and tactics - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred. The work location is in person.,
